WeWork Brickell: New Concept

As WeWork prepares to open inside Brickell City Centre this winter, Senior Community Manager for WeWork Miami, Anna Prisse, shares the scoop on what to expect when it does. On why Brickell is the right fit for WeWork’s expansion: “With access to public transportation, retail, restaurants, and nightlife, Brickell is redefining the blueprint of urban living and creating a cultural shift towards changing the way Miami members work and live.” Opening date: February 2017. Prices: Private offices begin at $700 per person, per month. Office Size: 62,000 square feet over four floors. Amenities: Conference space on each floor, unlimited coffee, high-speed internet, printing, private phone booths, fruit water, and spacious communal areas.
